Written for Nabu, a dog who, while dog-sitting, I was supposed to take for walks...but couldn't because of an injury to my ankle. She was lying on the couch, dejected due to lack of walking, and I channeled her depression and my guilt into this tune, written on the famiiy's piano- note the audience created doggy sounds at the end.
